Office Administrator

Job description

Our Client headquartered in the US is one of the North Americas leading manufactures of luxury interior glass door solutions for the home and office in both the Commercial and Residential spaces. they are currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.

Your new role

In this new role you will often be the first point of contact both virtually and in person and will be required to provide professional administrative support across the business. In this role you will welcome guests and greet people who visit, coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You will also be required to complete Data entry of leads into the system, upload paperwork required, update customer accounts on QuickBooks and filing. In this new role you will also be assisting in scheduling measuring, installation, and service calls. You will work with the Controller and General Manager on all AP/AR/collection tasks.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 2-years office administration experience. The ability to both multi-task and take initiative to work independently will be a key success factor this new role. A pleasant personality will go a long way in this role. Proficiency with software such as QuickBooks for basic accounting purposes will be an added advantage.
