What you must have:

• You bring with you a broad range of Maintenance and Industrial Leadership experience
• For bonus points, you're certified in a Red Seal trade.
• You're a people leader with a clear sense of accountability, and highly organized with the foresight to anticipate and implement solutions to long range maintenance challenges.
• You also love driving consistency amongst your group with a little humility, and a dash of humour
• Forestry experience is ideal but not required
