NORTH ISLAND NISSAN is looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team in our busy dealership. A basic understanding of administration procedures and dealership experience would be a bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Book and confirm service appointments
- Service follow up calls
- Track daily activities
- Communicate with parts department to ensure parts are available for booked appointments
- Service and recall reminder calls
- Other various admin duties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Professional manners on the phone
- Depending on experience; pay range $18-$22 per hour
- Company events
- Extended health benefits
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Automotive dealership: 1 year (preferred)
