Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Summer Painters on a full-time basis from May 2024 to August 2024. This role provides comprehensive training, access to equipment, and a supportive environment to excel in both painting and general labor tasks.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50-60lbs
• Full access to a vehicle (ability to transport ladders is an asset)
• Punctuality, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude
• Comfortable working at heights (10ft-30ft up)
• Dedication and consistent work ethic
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Execute painting and general labor duties independently
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely
• Support marketing efforts through flyer dropping and cold calling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisor
• Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism
