What it's all about:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in the hearing healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to support the achievement of overall sales targets and growth. This full-time, permanent opportunity would be a hybrid role based out of our Head Office in Burlington, ON with the expectation of two days per week in-office.

What you will do:

  • Manage core B2C digital marketing channels and activities including website development/content management, paid media, social platforms, email, and automation
  • Develop and execute strategies for conversion-focused digital marketing tactics across channels and target audiences
  • Manage digital brand channel execution including email, social, paid media (agency), website and any new channels
  • Turn concept into an integrated digital marketing campaigns that meet business goals and objectives
  • Prepare and present integrated digital marketing plans to executives clearly defining the user journey, targeting and KPIs
  • Support strategic digital marketing planning to drive growth for on-going marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Provide thought leadership and digital best practices to the overall marketing team around campaign communications, audience targeting through digital channels
  • Analyze campaign performance, assessing KPIs and ROI
  • Provide analytic reporting from digital channels with insights and recommendations to key internal stakeholders
  • Competitive research for expansion of digital channels and optimization resulting increased conversion
  • Work with internal teams and brand to support marketing initiatives
  • Participates in the sharing of campaign learning for best practice definition throughout the greater WS Audiology US and Global marketing communities

What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with preference to the hearing industry
  • Strategic mindset: Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive results. Experience in analyzing market trends and consumer insights to inform decision-making
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing marketing teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sitecore CMS, heat mapping tools (Hot Jar), Unbounce, Meta ads, Google Business and Google Analytics
  • Create landing pages and set up back-end connection between paid digital campaigns, targeting, analytics and data tracking
  • Soft skills: collaboration between departments, strong interpersonal skills, maturity, patience and good judgement, entrepreneurial attitude, and an excellent problem solver
