This Document Control Administrator position is based in Ottawa, Ontario for the Advanced Nuclear Materials Research Center (ANMRC) construction site located in Chalk River, Ontario. Join us in contributing to one of Ontario's most captivating nuclear projects!

As a Document Control Administrator, ANMRC, you will:

  • Document Management: Take ownership of all project-specific documents, ensuring accurate organization, storage, and maintenance.
  • Information Distribution: Interface between project document sites and internal Procore/ SharePoint Site, ensuring site teams have access to the latest information and documents.
  • Version Control: Implement and maintain version control procedures, ensuring all stakeholders work with the most up-to-date documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of project documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a central point of contact for document-related queries, facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to project team members on document management processes and tools as required.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Previous experience in document control or records management, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Procore, SharePoint, BIM 360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
