Formwork Foreman

Pay: From CA$47.00 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong construction management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years concrete formwork experience.
• 3 or more years' experience in a supervisory capacity
• Ability to proficiently read and interpret blue prints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have reasonably clean drivers abstract
• Ability to operate machinery including skid steer and telehandler
• Must be able to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

• Promotes, supports and facilitates teamwork between all construction crews by promoting a positive culture
• Ensuring the health and safety of each crew members
• Follow and enforce company health and safety program
• Assesses competency and capability of trades persons
• Assigns individual and crew tasks
• Sets and maintains work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity.
