Job Purpose:

The Brand Ambassador is the 'First Face' of the BMW 'brand experience'. This position represents the dealership supporting the Sales/Service department customer flow.

Job Duties:

• Greet and direct customers to their ultimate destination and/or purpose for visit
• Maintain appearance of the Sales and Service Customer Lounge throughout the day
• Support the Sales team by guiding customers from the Service Showroom to the New Vehicle and/or Certified Pre-Owned Showroom
• Support the Sales department with its customer flow
• Engage with customers to provide overview of our services, new and upcoming external dealership activity related to the customer experience
• Assist receptionist as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of related industry experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Professional appearance & friendly disposition
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadline
