Cafe and Catering Manager

Lead daily cafe operations while supporting catering coordination and coffee service excellence. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role manages a team of 1–5 employees, coordinates occasional local events, and uses Micros and Square POS systems to help deliver efficient, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations.
• Coordinate catering activities and occasional local events.
• Lead coffee service and maintain service standards.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules for a team of 1–5 employees.
• Manage vendor relationships and related operational needs.
• Use Micros and Square POS systems to support cafe and catering operations.
• Report to the Operations Director on operational activities and needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cafe and catering operations.
• Experience with cafe operations.
• Proficiency with Micros POS and Square POS.
• Food safety knowledge or certification.
