Location: 927 46 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2A5
Type: Full Time – Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Role Summary:

We are looking for our shop's on the floor leader. You would be responsible for high ticket jobs & keeping our shop team productive & running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & Repair: Handle diagnostics & high value repairs, and serve as a resource for the other techs when they get stuck
• Lead by Example: set the standard for workmanship, work ethic, cleanliness, and shop safety
• Keep the Crew on Track: assign and prioritize work, balance work loads, monitor progress, and clear road blocks
• Quality Control: review work and spot-check repairs before vehicles go back to the customers
• Mentor the Techs: coach/train apprentices to help challenge and develop their skills
• Work Alongside Service Team: explain findings clearly and give strong reccomendations to aide service teams discussions with customers

Requirements:

• Licensed Journeyman Automotive Technician (Red Seal)
• Strong diagnostic & problem-solving skills
• Strong/Proven shop organization and leadership skills
• Clear and honest communication
• Experience with a variety of makes and models
• Commitment to transparency and doing what's right for the customer
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
