Inventory Clerk
Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience Location: Bolton , Maple , Vaughan Shift: Days
We are currently hiring experienced Inventory Clerks for a busy warehouse operation in Bolton. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Excel. Successful candidates must be organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accurate inventory records for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities Depending on operational requirements, responsibilities may include:

• Perform daily cycle counts and full physical inventory counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Update and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Track lot numbers and expiry dates when required
• Audit bin locations and correct inventory location errors
• Prepare inventory reports using Microsoft Excel
• Work with shipping, receiving, and warehouse supervisors to resolve inventory issues
• Use RF scanners to scan, verify, and confirm inventory counts
• Maintain clean, organized, and accurately labelled inventory areas
• Support additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse inventory or cycle counting experience
• Previous experience using WMS and RF scanners
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and inventory accuracy skills
• Clear English communication skills
• Ability to walk throughout the warehouse and lift up to 40 lbs as required
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes required
• Reliable transportation to Bolton work locations
• Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Assets Experience in any of the following would be considered an asset:

• Multi-client warehouse inventory management
• Lot number and expiry date tracking
• Inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigation
• Advanced WMS functionality
• Inventory reporting and data analysis
