Forklift Operator Shifts: Days Pay: $22.00–$24.50/hour, based on experience and equipment qualifications Location: Bolton , Maple , Vaughan
We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a busy, high-volume warehouse in Bolton. Opportunities include counterbalance, reach truck, and material handling positions. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with previous forklift experience, strong warehouse knowledge, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced distribution environment. Successful candidates must be comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse management systems while meeting productivity and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Depending on the position and equipment qualifications, responsibilities may include:

• Safely operate counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks
• Load and unload trailers and shipping containers
• Move, stack, and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking systems
• Pick, stage, and replenish orders using RF scanners and WMS
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against shipping documentation
• Prepare and stage outbound shipments in designated areas
• Shrink-wrap, label, and secure pallets for transportation
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns
• Maintain productivity and order accuracy standards
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Keep warehouse aisles, loading docks, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
• Valid forklift certification meeting Ontario workplace safety requirements
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to safely operate equipment in busy warehouse environments
• Comfortable working at heights in high-racking environments for reach truck positions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes required
• Reliable transportation to Bolton work locations
• Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Assets Experience operating any of the following equipment would be considered an asset:

• Counterbalance forklifts (gas or electric)
• Reach trucks (single or double deep)
• Electric pallet jacks (EPJ)
• Cherry pickers or order pickers
• Trailer and container loading equipment
• High-volume warehouse distribution systems
