Production Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Welder with a valid CWB certification and strong blueprint-reading skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production welding, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production welding according to specifications and technical drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Complete welding tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

• Valid CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) certification is required.
• Proven experience in production welding.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
