Retail Store Manager

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day store operations, including inventory
• Recruit, train, and develop a team production and retail team
• Drive sales, control costs, and manage your store's budget
• Keep the store safe and compliant with environmental and safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with customers and vehicle suppliers
• Track performance numbers and report results to regional leadership

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in retail
• Track record of leading teams and hitting sales and operational goals
• Solid working knowledge of safety and compliance practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment
