Shipping Office Clerk / Driver

We are looking for a shipping clerk/driver to join our team in Mississauga! Work for an industry leader and contribute to our success.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service
• Timely and accurate shipment processing
• Following customer's standard operating procedures and proactively notifying customers of any issues
• Consistently meeting KPI standards, as per the company's procedures
• Driving a counterbalance forklift on the dock and assisting with the machine when needed
• Driving a Crown reach forklift

Skills we are looking for:

• MUST have a valid forklift license and experience with counterbalance and Crown reach forklifts

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license with experience in counterbalance and Crown reach forklifts
• Customer service experience
• Ability to resolve customer-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organized and able to work well independently and as part of a team
