We're seeking a hands-on Senior IT Product Manager to take ownership of enterprise applications supporting Privacy, Vendor Management, and Vendor Risk. The initial focus will be the OneTrust platform, which currently includes five modules.
You'll partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes, prioritize enhancements, and develop a practical strategy for improving the platform. Alongside roadmap planning and stakeholder communication, you'll help configure applications, resolve support tickets, and coordinate delivery with technical resources.
Previous OneTrust experience is helpful but not required. We're interested in candidates who bring strong enterprise platform experience, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect business needs with technology.
Key Responsibilities- Own day-to-day platform priorities, enhancements, maintenance, and delivery activities.
- Partner with business leaders to define application strategy, product roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into practical configurations, integrations, and improvements.
- Configure and enhance OneTrust modules supporting privacy and vendor risk processes.
- Investigate and resolve support tickets within established service-level expectations.
- Coordinate with platform support staff and technical resources in India to keep work moving and resolve blockers.
- Set clear expectations with stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, dependencies, and available resources.
- Identify opportunities to simplify vendor questionnaires, combine overlapping requests, and reduce unnecessary approval steps.
- Explore AI and advanced analytics opportunities, including practical prototypes and improvements to existing workflows.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations that explain current processes, proposed changes, and expected business value.
- Guide application design with a focus on usability, reliable data management, scalability, and maintainability.
- Identify gaps between current and target technology architecture and recommend improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party deliverables, and service commitments.
- Maintain project governance, delivery tracking, status reporting, and adherence to corporate policies.
- Support budget reviews, initiative prioritization, and resource capacity planning as the scope develops.
- At least five years of relevant experience in IT product management, platform management, technical project management, or technical program management within enterprise environments.
- A degree in any discipline; Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications or enterprise technology platforms.
- Ability to lead technical integrations and translate business requirements into workable solutions.
- Willingness and ability to perform hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and support work.
- Experience working with AI or advanced analytics and identifying practical business applications.
- Strong stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and delivery skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently, follow through on commitments, and adapt to competing requests.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Vendor Risk, or Cyber Risk functions.
- OneTrust configuration experience or certification.
- Experience with comparable governance, risk, compliance, or privacy platforms.
- Experience developing product roadmaps, managing budgets, and planning resource capacity.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. You can balance strategic planning with daily support needs, identify opportunities to improve processes, and explain how technology helps the business achieve its goals.
You should be comfortable working across several responsibilities—from presenting a roadmap to configuring a module or helping resolve a ticket—and keeping priorities moving with minimal supervision.
Potential GrowthThe role may expand beyond OneTrust into broader data privacy applications, cookie consent, insurance-related tools, and ESG technology. Future responsibilities may include wider roadmap ownership, financial management, resource planning, and team leadership.
Interview ProcessTwo to three rounds are expected:
- Interview with a team member.
- Interview with the hiring manager.
- Potential final interview with the hiring manager's manager.
