Make a difference where it matters
Working alongside the Director of Care and the broader leadership team, you'll help shape a care environment where residents feel respected, families feel heard, and staff feel supported.
Depending on the position and location, your responsibilities may include:
Leading and supporting nursing teams in delivering safe, person-centred care.
Overseeing care planning, assessments, documentation, and clinical follow-up.
Coaching and mentoring staff to strengthen confidence, accountability, and teamwork.
Supporting quality improvement, infection prevention and control, and regulatory compliance.
Responding to resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address changing care needs.
Supporting staffing, daily clinical operations, and continuity of care.
What you bring
A nursing background and current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the appropriate Manitoba nursing regulator.
Experience in long-term care, seniors' care, or a related clinical setting.
Leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience relevant to the position.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
An approachable leadership style and a genuine commitment to residents and staff.
