Overview:

A well-established insurance brokerage in Mississauga, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a RIBO-licensed professional with fluency in both Spanish and English and experience using TAM BMS.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to existing clients by phone and email in both Spanish and English

Assist with policy renewals, changes, and inquiries

Process insurance documents accurately using TAM BMS

Liaise with underwriters and insurance providers to resolve issues

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brokerage policies

Educate clients on products and services to help them make informed decisions

Requirements:

RIBO license is mandatory

Fluency in both personal and English (spoken and written)

Experience in personal or personal lines personal

Proficiency with TAM BMS

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
