Overview:
A well-established insurance brokerage in Mississauga, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a RIBO-licensed professional with fluency in both Spanish and English and experience using TAM BMS.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients by phone and email in both Spanish and English
- Assist with policy renewals, changes, and inquiries
- Process insurance documents accurately using TAM BMS
- Liaise with underwriters and insurance providers to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brokerage policies
- Educate clients on products and services to help them make informed decisions
Requirements:
- RIBO license is mandatory
- Fluency in both personal and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in personal or personal lines personal
- Proficiency with TAM BMS
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
