Job Overview
- Company: Bravura Architectural Products.
- Salary/Pay Rate: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00+ per year.

- Job/Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Project Scope: Commercial Interiors across Southern Ontario.
- Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.
The Opportunity
You will serve as a core driving force in accelerating revenue across Southern Ontario by pairing your technical estimating expertise with a proactive sales mindset. Working on-site in Whitby, you will build lasting client relationships and convert commercial interior project opportunities into successful awards. This position offers you the platform to leverage an outgoing "always be closing" philosophy within a supportive, high-performing environment.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Evaluate architectural drawings, CAD plans, and project specifications to perform precise material takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with general contractors, architects, and interior project decision-makers.
- Negotiate project terms and close competitive sales opportunities using Bluebeam, MS Office, and Pipedrive CRM.
- Formulate comprehensive bid proposals that align technical requirements with profitability targets.
- Coordinate closely with field project managers and suppliers to ensure smooth handoffs after winning bids.
- Track market opportunities throughout Southern Ontario to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and estimating within the commercial interior construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and perform takeoffs from architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Hands-on proficiency using Bluebeam software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools like Pipedrive.
- Proven track record in an outgoing, client-oriented sales environment focused on closing deals.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Deep familiarization with commercial interior wall systems, specialty architectural products, or finish trades.
- Existing network of general contractor and sub-trade contacts across the Southern Ontario region.
