Renovation Project Manager - High-End Residential. GTA

Our client is an established residential renovation company serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area - GTA. It has a close-knit, family-first culture. The opportunity

The company is in a growth phase. It needs a Project Manager who can run projects well today and help build the systems that let the business scale. The role mixes office planning with hands-on site leadership. For the right person, it's designed to lead to a senior role overseeing the full construction operation.

What you'll be doing

• Leading multiple active residential renovations at the same time, most of them mid-to-large in scope and lasting a few months each
• Managing and coaching the company's own carpenters and field crews, not only subcontractors
• Being on site regularly and solving problems early with your crew leads
• Owning schedules, budgets and job costs, and spotting where margin is slipping before it's gone
• Coordinating inspections, trades and materials
• Guiding homeowners through the stressful middle of a renovation with empathy and clear boundaries
• Building the SOPs, templates and reporting tools that shape how the company operates as it grows
• Helping hire and onboard new team members

What you bring

• 10+ years in residential renovation or remodeling, with a strong understanding of how older homes are built and what hides behind their walls
• A track record running several renovations at the same time
• Experience leading in-house, on-tools crews
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) and experience with construction PM software
• Proof that you've built a system, process or tool from scratch that made a team work better
• A calm head, a habit of planning several moves ahead, and fluent English
