Media Display Courier & Installation Contractor

Location: Lower Mainland BC (including Burnaby, Coquitlam, EastVan, Kitsilano, NewWest, NorthVan, Richmond, Surrey, WestEnd, WestVan)

Type: Independent Contract | Part-Time / Flexible

Compensation: Starts at $1,300 per ~4-day delivery run + mileage reimbursement (only needed once every 2 months ; 6 times per year)

Role Overview

This position offers excellent flexibility and autonomy. Every two months (near the beginning of every "even" month—February, April, June, August, October, December), you will complete a set and repeated delivery/installation route around the Lower Mainland.

• Flexible Pace: The route takes roughly 20–30 hours in total (typically completed in 4 relaxed days at 4–8 hours per day).
• Schedule Control: You choose your days within a designated 10-day window each run. Two days must fall on a weekday; the other two can be completed on weekdays or weekends, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM or can be split into more than 4 days (so long as completed in the 10-day window).
• Long-Term Growth: We strongly value dedicated contractors who take pride in consistent, high-quality work, and we reward excellent, long-term performance accordingly.

Key Responsibilities & Logistics

• Clean driving record & bondable.
• Pick up, safely transport, and install advertising displays to locations throughout the Lower Mainland.
• Follow delivery route from an online spreadsheet, take verification photos, and navigate routes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor during drop-offs.
• Maneuver and easily park legally and safely in urban Vancouver neighborhoods.
• Remove and replace 2 security bolts (screw driver) for each delivery/installation.
• Occasionally fix, install new, or dismantle old displays.

Requirements

• Vehicle: A reliable, fuel-efficient compact/small vehicle that is ideal for easy parking and maneuvering in urban Vancouver. Valid driver's license, appropriate vehicle insurance and clean driving record are required.
• Technology: A personal smartphone with reliable data to access spreadsheets, camera, and GPS navigation.
• Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift and carry product cases up to 30 lbs from pick-up point into your vehicle.
• Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, strong communication, and a calm, customer-focused mindset.

Compensation

• $1,300 starting flat rate per fully completed 4-day delivery run (~25–35 total hours).
• Mileage reimbursement provided for distance of delivery run.
