Here's what you'll deliver:

• Direct all customer inquiries accordingly.
• Schedule service appointments for client vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle all customer and supplier invoice payments.
• Manage appointment schedules, ensure schedules are updated regularly.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Responsible for the cash register and cash control to ensure all amounts are correct.
• Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Interpret and articulate costs and fees to customers to ensure a thorough understanding of the amount owed.
• Correspond with customers to confirm service appointment time and date, including potential transportation needs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers' standards.
• Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
• Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
• Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years customer service and/or cashier experience is required.
• Dealership experience is considered an asset.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
• Must be detail-oriented with a keen ability to read and understand written and verbal directions
• Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
• Ability to navigate and utilize computers at an advanced level.

• Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
