Dental receptionist, Orthodontic practice

We are looking for an experienced front desk receptionist for an Orthodontic Specialty office. Previous experience with Orthotrac is preferred. You must have dental experience to apply to this position and it must be in Canada. We are not looking for other skill sets engineering, AI, etc.,or experience in other countries.

This role requires hours at two locations, Mississauga and Brantford. We work in Mississauga Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and travel as a team on Friday to Brantford. The hours needed are 8:45am-5:00pm.

It is important that you can arrive on time for work as you are the main appointment book person and will have information to share each day about the schedule at the morning huddle. The morning huddle runs from 8:45am-9:00am and you are of course paid for this time.

We will provide specific training to allow you to be successful and understand how we book and to allow you to schedule within the template that is preloaded into our system. If you have not worked on Orthotrac before we will provide training on the software. Orthodontic experience/knowledge that is preferred. An assisting background is also an asset, but not mandatory, so you can understand the procedures being performed that you are booking appointments for.

We prefer one person to cover all of the days at both locations if possible. Training two people is not ideal and trying to train in Brantford for just one day per week will be very difficult.
