Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual manufacturing machinery
- Make machine adjustments and perform tooling changes
- Operate and monitor CNC/NC equipment as required
- Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and specifications
- Use calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools for quality checks
- Complete production documentation and computer data entry
- Perform basic machine maintenance
- Follow safety procedures, PPE, SOPs, and 5S standards
- 2+ years of hands-on manual machine operating experience
- Experience with machine setup, adjustments, and tooling changes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read production drawings and blueprints
- Experience using basic measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
- Basic computer skills
- CNC/NC experience is an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent
