The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Field Services Operations through the deployment of team members around the world. In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations to support planning, organizing, and preparing team members for their deployments to clients' water parks.

Please note this is an in-office position, located at our head office in Ottawa, ON, address: 2650 Queensview Dr. Unit #150, Ottawa, ON K2B 8H6.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Deployment Planning:

  • Collaborate with the GFS Field Lead and Project Managers on upcoming project needs for manpower and scheduling
  • Manage and maintain the deployment schedules
  • Partner with project management, and customer service to assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projects
  • Support the Global Field Services Team and Ride Verification Teams with entry information, visa process and booking travel.
  • Research travel entry and visa requirements to foreign countries.
  • Support team members with visa applications, research and supporting documents
  • Review and book domestic and international flight and rental car options
  • Research and book travel accommodations
  • Populate border and travel documents for deploying team members
  • Update employee files and records
  • Oversee rewards and recognition program for field team members
  • Review, update, and format documents for Field Services
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to processes, workflows, and tools
  • Be the expert in all things travel
  • All other assigned administrative tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in related fields of business, travel, project management is considered an asset
  • Experience with researching or booking business travel is required
  • Experience with processing and researching visas for travel is a strong asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
  • Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter and energetic
  • Must be able to ensure the highest level of confidentiality

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Expected salary range: $50,000-$60,000
  • 3 weeks paid vacation
