We're hiring an Industrial Millwright in Woodstock!
  • Full-time position
  • Rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm, 2:00pm–10:00pm, 10:00pm–6:00am
  • Preference given to candidates available for a steady night shift

Responsibilities:
  • Safely repair, overhaul, install, replace, and perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot robotic welding cells, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, cylinders, conveyors, gearboxes, and pumps
  • Inspect, repair, adjust, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Perform reactive troubleshooting and repairs to minimize unplanned equipment downtime
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability
  • Evaluate equipment downtime, identify root causes, and implement improvements with the maintenance team
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and equipment manuals for proper installation and setup
  • Operate and inspect material handling equipment, including overhead cranes, mobile cranes, and forklifts
  • Maintain and repair operating equipment while ensuring safe and efficient operation
  • Ensure key information is captured and exchanged during shift changes
  • Work with production team members to identify improvements to safety, quality, and productivity
  • Monitor and support key performance indicators, including Safety, Quality, and Productivity
  • Maintain excellent 5S conditions throughout the facility
  • Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 433A Certificate of Qualification or Interprovincial Red Seal
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated mechanical and electrical experience
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Valid Ontario Driver's Licence
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and scheduled or unscheduled overtime as required
