Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver new driver orientation and training to ensure safe, compliant onboarding.
• Support driver training programs and certification requirements, including forklift, TDG, WHMIS, in-cab training, and other operational training needs.
• Provide ELD support and guidance to drivers and operations teams.
• Support safety initiatives, including Job Safety Observations, Dock Audits, and compliance activities.
• Facilitate safety meetings, communications, and engagement events to promote a strong safety culture.
• Participate as a member of the incident response call-out team.
• Support occupational health and safety activities and related initiatives.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 licence with air brake endorsement.
• Experience evaluating, educating, coaching, and supporting professional drivers.
• Strong knowledge of federal and provincial transportation regulations.
• Experience using ELD and onboard technology solutions.
• Strong time management, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Computer literacy, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
