We are hiring a Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) for an established food manufacturing facility in Burlington. This opportunity offers competitive hourly pay, health benefits, a pension plan, and tool and boot allowances.

Available Shifts
- Afternoons: 5:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
- Nights: 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. or 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
- Night shift pay: $46.25/hour, including the $2.00/hour premium.
- Base wage of $44.25/hour.
- Perfect Attendance Bonus: $1.00 per hour worked during the eligible period, subject to eligibility requirements.

- On-site cafeteria.
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including conveyors, packaging equipment, pumps, grinders, fans, and blowers.
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to support equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Complete TIG welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs.
- Install, align, and commission machinery and production equipment.
- Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage work orders and record maintenance activities, parts usage, and labour.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Follow safe work practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety requirements.
- Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic Millwright license (433A)—required.
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment; food processing or fast-moving consumer goods experience is an asset.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in TIG welding.
- Ability to prioritize maintenance needs in a fast-paced production environment.
- Comfort working in hot and cold conditions, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Your own tools.
- Strong English communication skills for safety, teamwork, and maintenance documentation.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
