Winnipeg, MB | Saturday 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Immediate Start Fuze HR Solutions is urgently recruiting Patient Services Support / Customer Service Greeters for temporary assignments with a well-established Canadian healthcare and laboratory services organization in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
We are looking for reliable, professional and customer-focused individuals who can provide front-line support to patients visiting busy community-based laboratory and health service centres.
Immediate availability for Saturday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM is required.
Current Locations We are currently recruiting for 4 Winnipeg locations:

• St. Vital
• Garden City
• Crossroads
• Seasons of Tuxedo

Schedule Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $25/Hour
The immediate requirement is for Saturday coverage, with the potential for additional shifts or future opportunities depending on operational requirements and candidate availability.
What You Will Be Doing The primary focus of this assignment will be greeting, initial triage and customer service. Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting patients upon arrival and providing a welcoming, professional first point of contact
• Providing front-line customer service and general assistance
• Supporting patient flow and helping manage lineups
• Conducting an initial review of patient needs and directing individuals appropriately
• Advising walk-in patients when a location has reached capacity
• Identifying situations that may require additional attention and escalating them immediately to the onsite manager
• Answering general questions and providing appropriate direction
• Supporting the onsite healthcare team as required

This is a patient-service support position. You will not be responsible for independently assessing, diagnosing, treating or providing medical advice to patients.
What We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong customer service experience
• Experience working directly with the public in a fast-paced environment
• Previous healthcare, medical office, laboratory or patient-facing experience is an asset
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, professional and compassionate approach when assisting patients
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
• Good judgment and an understanding of when a concern should be escalated to management
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Availability Saturday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Familiarity with healthcare environments, laboratory requisitions or testing processes is considered an asset but is not required for this immediate customer-service assignment.
Candidates with Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) qualifications and experience are strongly encouraged to identify this when applying, as additional healthcare opportunities may also be available.
