The Warehouse Quality Control Coordinator oversees daily warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, order preparation and quality-control coordination. This hands-on role works closely with the Order Desk, Technical Support, Sales and Administration to ensure equipment and customer orders are accurately prepared, inspected and documented before release. Key Responsibilities -Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, storage, staging and movement of equipment, accessories and spare parts. -Verify incoming shipments and outgoing orders, including quantities, model numbers, serial numbers and required accessories. -Maintain accurate inventory records and track transfers, returns, service parts and warranty items. -Coordinate equipment QC inspections with Technical Support and qualified technicians. -Monitor inspection priorities and ensure QC checklists are completed before equipment is released. -Resolve or escalate stock discrepancies, failed inspections, damaged goods, missing components and order delays. -Prepare completed orders for pickup, shipping, installation or delivery. -Manage returns and keep defective, warranty and inspection-pending items separate from available inventory. -Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies and report findings. -Maintain accurate warehouse, order and QC documentation. -Communicate order status and priorities across departments. -Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse. Working Conditions -Warehouse and office environment. -Regular standing, walking, bending and handling of equipment or packages. -Safe lifting within company limits, using material-handling assistance where required. -Occasional overtime or schedule flexibility may be required. Qualifications: Qualifications -Previous warehouse coordination or lead-level experience involving inventory control and order processing. -Experience using inventory management systems and/or QuickBooks. -Strong inventory control, computer and record-keeping skills. -Ability to work accurately with SKUs, model numbers, serial numbers and order documentation. -Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through. -Ability to coordinate daily priorities, manage multiple orders and meet deadlines. -Effective English communication and teamwork skills. -Ability to work independently and identify and resolve operational issues. -Automotive industry experience and basic technical or mechanical knowledge are assets.
