What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Service: Assist customers and internal departments with parts inquiries, ensuring the correct parts are identified, ordered, and available when needed.

Maintain Organization: Receive, inspect, store, and track incoming parts and supplies while keeping inventory records accurate and up to date.

Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, perform inventory counts and reconciliations, and prepare replenishment orders as required.

Support the Service Team: Provide technicians and service staff with the parts they need for repairs, helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow.

Communicate with Customers: Contact customers when their ordered parts arrive and assist with returns and exchanges accurately and professionally.

Maintain a Professional Environment: Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well maintained while contributing to a respectful and team-oriented workplace.

What You Bring

Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A methodical approach to inventory management and record keeping.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

A professional, positive, and self-motivated attitude.

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.

Previous experience in automotive parts, dealerships, or inventory management is an asset.

An interest in Porsche and the automotive industry is considered an asset.
