In this crucial role, you will deliver friendly, professional, and high-quality assistance to a diverse range of clients, including medical practices, residential complexes, and corporate services. Information Gathering: Accurately collect and pass along vital details, making sure all messages are thorough and precise. Data Entry: Verify and input information carefully into our system so clients can trust their needs are documented correctly. Qualifications:A pleasant phone presence with a positive, professional tone.Strong English communication skills, including sharp grammar and spelling.Comfort working within a Windows-based operating system.A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.A proven track record of excellent attendance.Flexibility to work at least one weekend day.Note: No previous experience is necessary!
