We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Administrator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and support requests, the IT Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

What You Will Be Responsible For- Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and requests.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
- Document and maintain IT procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system migrations and software deployments.
- Train and educate end-users on IT best practices and procedures.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline, or a minimum of two years of experience in a related role is an asset
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other directory services
- Team player that enjoys a different challenge every day.
- A passion for organizing and untangling complex inheritance structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage and prioritize moderate task load
