Brandt is currently looking to fill an Ecommerce Specialist (B2B) position in our Regina, SK location. This position will report to the Manager of Portals within the Customer Experience Team and will assist in growing our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Brandt's ecommerce roadmap, driving online revenue and profitability, and optimizing the day-to-day customer experience on Brandt's ecommerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations. What You Will Be Responsible For

Site Content

  • Through expertise in operating web content management systems, provide a consistent and positive experience to users.
  • Understand the business needs of internal stakeholders as they relate to the Portal.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan, deliver, and maintain online content.
  • Assist in the development & implementation of operational standards required for content management within the online experience being delivered.

User Experience

  • Understand the relationship between site users and Brandt.
  • Provide direct support to site users as needed.
  • Assist in the development & delivery of user support materials.
  • Maintain tools for gathering relevant user behavior analytics and feedback.

Development & Operations Team

  • Understand how web applications are built and operated.
  • Act as a contributing member of the Portal Development & Operations team.
  • Translate and effectively communicate relevant user behavior analytics and feedback.
  • Support as needed with testing and other application development tasks.
What We Look For
  • Experience with working ecommerce or content management systems.
  • Familiarity working with software development teams is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • No formal education is required, but an educational background in business, marketing, digital marketing, design, or other related training would be an asset.
  • Documentation and support material creation experience. Understanding what information is relevant to each stakeholder and presenting it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and manage business customers and internal business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical information technology concepts, but no software development skills are required.
  • Willingness to take initiative: Self-motivated to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them.
