Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional DZ Truck Driver with a strong work ethic to join our team. Starting early in the morning, you will operate local delivery routes while maintaining high standards of customer service, vehicle safety, and personal accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Safe Operation: Safely drive and operate DZ-class vehicles in compliance with all provincial transportation regulations and company policies.
Daily Inspections: Conduct thorough Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections (Circle Checks) and complete all required logs/paperwork accurately.
On-Time Delivery: Maintain efficient, timely routing to meet customer schedules, keeping dispatch informed of any unforeseen delays.
Professional Representation: Serve as the face of the company at customer sites, maintaining a clean vehicle, professional attire, and a respectful demeanor.
Accountability: Take personal ownership of your route, driving record, cargo safety, and communication with dispatch and client teams.

Qualifications & Skills

License & Clear Record: Valid DZ Driver's License with a clean Commercial Driver's Abstract and CVOR.
Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience operating DZ trucks.
Professional Standards: Demonstrated accountability, strong communication skills, and a respect-first attitude toward colleagues and clients.
Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical requirements associated with freight handling and vehicle inspections.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for early morning start times (4:00 AM – 5:00 AM).
