Are you an experienced Independent Electrical Contractor looking for steady work without the hassle of finding your next job?
We are seeking qualified Independent Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects throughout Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.
Scope of Work- Electrical repairs and maintenance
- Fixture, switch, receptacle, and breaker replacements
- Residential turnover and renovation electrical work
- Troubleshooting and service calls
- Must operate as an Independent Contractor
- Registered business with a valid GST/HST number
- Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Electrical Contractor registration and licensing as required in Ontario
- Own vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Consistent, ongoing work opportunities
- Bi-weekly payments
