The right person will have 5-10 years supervisor experience and want to make a move to more responsibility and the chance to grow into a Production Manager for this small growing plant. This unique opportunity is for someone that thinks strategically and is ready to create and follow through with process improvement. The Role: Production Supervisor

• You will create and manage daily and weekly production schedules and work closely with management to align shift takeover.
• You will hire, train, evaluate performance for production line workers and supervisors.
• Monitor operational costs, manage resource allocation, and implement cost-saving measures.
• You will create safety programs and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations while keeping defect rates law
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, track performance metrics (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement.
• Create SOP's for machines and workflow, increasing output while remaining compliant.
• This position is for food packaging and so knowledge of packaging or food manufacturing along with HASAP knowledge.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing, plant, or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with lean food or packaging manufacturing, safety standards, and machinery maintenance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving under pressure, and clear cross-departmental communication.
