Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and German.
Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

Qualifications
