- Work in a technologically advanced manufacturing environment
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines using Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
- Write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs to optimize machining processes
- Produce precision-machined components according to specifications and quality standards
- Use calipers and other precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and inspections of machining equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for assembly or adjustments as required
- Assist with material handling using forklifts when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following lean manufacturing principles
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC programming and machine operation
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls, CNC lathes, and CNC milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is an asset
- Basic math skills for machining measurements and calculations
- Experience using precision measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
