We are the industry leader in Canada, and we care beyond service!A Day in the life:In the role of Parts Support Specialist, the primary responsibility is maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, service team and manufacturers for parts identification, creating estimates, and problem solving. The Parts Support Specialist must thrive in an extremely fast‑paced work environment with high deliverables and demonstrate the ability to think creatively and beyond traditional linear approaches when resolving complex issues. In‑person customer service for parts counter sales may also be involved.
