- Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years managing labour relations inside a unionized manufacturing or industrial plant environment. []
- Knowledge: Deep familiarity with collective agreements, grievance handling, arbitration preparation, and industrial health and safety standards. [1, 4]
