We are hiring an experienced Press Operator with 3+ years of experience operating 8-Color Flexographic Printing Presses in a flexible packaging, plastics, film, or label printing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with press setup, colour registration, ink mixing, print quality, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Experience with W&H, Comexi, Uteco, Bobst, Mark Andy, or Nilpeter presses is an asset.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 8-Color Flexographic Printing Presses
- Mount plates, mix inks, and adjust colour registration
- Monitor print quality and troubleshoot press issues
- Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
- Maintain production efficiency and follow safety procedures
- Minimum 3 years of Flexographic Press Operator experience
- Experience in flexible packaging, plastics, film, or label printing
- Strong knowledge of press setup, colour matching, and print registration
- Ability to troubleshoot printing and press issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience with W&H, Comexi, Uteco, Bobst, Mark Andy, or Nilpeter presses
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing and print production
