Junior QC/QA Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior QC/QA Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring fabricated steel components meet project specifications, customer requirements, company quality standards, and applicable industry codes before they leave the shop.
• Working alongside senior welders, supporting quality inspections, verifying fabrication accuracy, maintaining quality documentation, identifying non-conformances, and assisting with corrective actions to ensure consistent product quality.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a structural steel fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge to interpret steel fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• A strong understanding of dimensional tolerances, fit-up, and fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with welding inspection and quality control procedures.
• Working knowledge of industry standards such as CSA W47.1, CSA W59, and ISO quality management systems is considered an asset.
