We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Port Alberni, BC. This hands-on full-time position will support a variety of maintenance, construction, and outdoor projects across company properties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist with general maintenance, construction, and outdoor projects.
• Clean equipment, facilities, company property, and other assigned work areas.
• Pick up and deliver parts, materials, equipment, and other items as required.
• Organize project areas, tools, equipment, and materials to support safe and efficient work.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and motorized equipment within your level of training and authorization.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas to help prevent accidents and injuries.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures and promptly report hazards, incidents, or concerns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• A valid driver's licence.
• The ability to safely lift and carry at least 30 lbs.
• The physical ability to stand, walk, carry materials, bend, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
• Familiarity with the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and motorized equipment.
• The ability to stay organized and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience or certification is considered an asset.
