Overview
We are currently looking for candidates to join our team full time for the summer season! We provide a great working environment, training, competitive wages, friendly staff and full time work all year round. Responsibilities
- Operate commercial lawn care equipment including push mowers, ride-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
- Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off debris.
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs or issues.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including job sites and company vehicles.
- Follow mowing routes and service instructions provided by supervisors.
- Ensure lawns are cut to proper height and trimming is completed around edges, fences, and obstacles.
- Clean up grass clippings and debris after work is completed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support additional landscaping tasks as needed (mulching, planting, etc.).
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment operation and maintenance is an asset.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team setting.
- A valid G license and reliable transportation to our Greely location is required.
- Truck and Trailer experience considered an asset.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
