Lemon & Oak Counselling Services is a growing private counselling practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-informed, and client-centered mental health care. We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Registered Social Worker (RSW) who is committed to helping individuals, couples, families, and children/youth thrive.

Position
Registered Social Worker (Full-time Self-employed Contract)
Responsibilities
- Provide ethical, trauma-informed counselling services to clients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as appropriate.
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in accordance with provincial legislation and professional ethics.
- Build positive therapeutic relationships in a warm, welcoming environment.
- Maintain professional registration and continuing education requirements.
- Strong asset to work independently within a team of self-employed contractors.
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW).
- Current registration and good standing (or eligibility for registration) with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
- Current Criminal record and Vulnerable sector check.
- Strong ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and client-centred care.

Experience working with one or more of the following is considered an asset:

- Trauma and PTSD
- Grief and loss
- Couples and relationship counselling
- Family therapy
- Children and adolescents
- ADHD and neurodiversity
- Indigenous and culturally responsive practice
- Addictions and recovery
