Sales Representative

Location: Carloft Orleans Compensation: $6,000–$10,000 monthly + Group Benefits (Health & Dental) Estimated Annual Earnings: $80,000–$120,000

Carloft Orleans is currently seeking a Sales Representative who will specialize in subprime customers, helping us support a fast‑growing segment of our business. This role will focus exclusively on subprime leads, while our retail team continues to manage prime/retail traffic.

As a Sales Consultant, you will build long‑term relationships, guide customers through the vehicle‑buying process, and act as a product expert. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting and selling our full range of vehicles.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and financial situations.

• Provide clear, supportive guidance to customers with questions or concerns.

• Maintain full knowledge of all vehicle products, services, pricing, and key features.

• Build strong customer relationships to grow your referral network.

• Ensure every vehicle delivery is a memorable and positive experience.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bilingual- French and English

• Valid OMVIC certification.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging attitude.

• Excellent listening skills and customer‑focused communication.

• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.

• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.

• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Solid computer skills and comfort with technology.

• Experience with 1-80 software considered an asset.

• $6,000–$10,000 monthly
