Position SummaryTRG is hiring a Forklift Operator (Raymond Reach) for our client based in Mississauga, ON. This position involves driving a powered industrial truck equipped with forklift, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse or factory.Location: Mississauga, ONShift: Day- 6:00am-2:00pmAfternoon- 2:00 pm to 10:00 pmNight- 10:00pm – 6:00amSchedule: Mon to FriPay rate: $20- $21 /hr Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Order picking using forklift and loads and unloads skids/pallets on/off trailers and transports to various areas within the plant.
- Places and removes skids from assigned bunks in safe manner.
- Ensures counts are accurate on materials being received and shipped.
- Wraps and straps completed skids from production line.
- May be required to work on the production assembly line.
- Exercises care for the safety of personnel, property and materials at all times.
- Enters data into company systems as directed.
- Completes daily maintenance check on the equipment and reports issues/problems to Manager.
- Cleans up work area at the end of the shift as directed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2-3 years driving experience of driving both machines (Raymond reach )
- Valid Forklift Licence for Raymond Reach
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience using RF Scanner and SAP platform.
- Computer literate in word and excel applications.
- Knowledge of warehouse software applications.
- Knowledge of Shipping and receiving documentation and Knowledge of inventory would be an asset.

This role is based in Mississauga, ON.
The shifts are Day (6:00am-2:00pm), Afternoon (2:00pm-10:00pm), and Night (10:00pm-6:00am), Monday to Friday.
The pay rate is $20.00–$21.00 per hour.
Duties include order picking with a forklift, loading/unloading skids, ensuring material counts, wrapping/comparing skids, may work on the production line, logging data, performing daily equipment checks, and maintaining a clean work area.
Requires a valid Raymond reach forklift license and 2–3 years of driving experience with Raymond reach machines.
Knowledge or experience with RF Scanner and SAP, and computer literacy in Word and Excel, is required.
