Territory Sales Representative

SalesGamma Sales Inc. is hiring Territory Sales Representatives to develop new business within assigned local markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, independence, and working toward clear goals. You will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, meeting business owners, building relationships, and creating new sales opportunities through face-to-face outreach.

We are a direct sales and marketing organization helping recognized brands grow their customer base across Canada. We combine field sales, training, coaching, and performance tracking to help our teams succeed in local markets.

In this position, you will manage an assigned territory, visit businesses in person, speak with owners and decision-makers, present business solutions, organize daily routes, track activity through our CRM, and work toward weekly performance goals.

Successful Territory Sales Representatives are organized, consistent, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of their daily activity. This role requires confidence, follow-up, discipline, and the ability to build trust with local business contacts.
